Since the summer of 2017, Catamount Arts has presented the free Levitt AMP St. Johnsbury Music Series at Dog Mountain. In 2020, we took a year off (with the rest of the world) and began offering concerts in downtown St. Johnsbury. Due to popular demand, the concerts downtown continued, and with it Final Fridays were born!

This summer, the series continues with 8 Sunday concerts at Dog Mountain, and 3 Friday concerts in downtown St. Johnsbury alongside a community street fair. While the artists haven’t been announced yet, attendees can expect to hear genres like Irish/Folk, hip-hop, Country, Indie Rock and Pop, Soul, Celtic Tribal, and many more!

Thanks to the Levitt Family Foundation, and our many other local sponsors, these events remain free and open to all community members and travelers alike. With free, live music at Levitt venues, Levitt Music Series locations, and nonprofit festivals, the Levitt Family Foundation is supporting more than 1,000 free outdoor concerts nationwide in 100+ towns and cities across all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico, bringing joy to over one million people of all ages and backgrounds—highlighting the dynamic impact of Levitt’s mission to strengthen the social fabric of America one city, and one concert, at a time.

Accessibility at Dog Mountain

There are two van accessible spots on the Dog Mountain grounds as well as some additional accessible parking. Accessible parking is available on the day of the event on a first come, first served basis. Please connect with the parking team at Dog Mountain on the day of the concert for directions on how to access the accessible parking spots. The terrain at Dog Mountain is uneven gravel and grass. For a shorter walk to the concert area, individuals can be dropped off at the top of the loop near the food trucks. For folks with accessibility issues, rides on a two-seater ATV are available from the parking lot, by request. There are three porta-potties available on the concert grounds, with one accessible porta-potty near the accessible parking

New this year: RCT is offering a free shuttle every Sunday July 13 – August 31 from the St. Johnsbury Welcome Center up to Dog Mountain! The shuttle departs the Welcome Center at 4 pm, and will return to the Welcome Center at the end of the evening, at approximately 7:30 pm.

For more information regarding parking and terrain, or for additional accessibility requests, please contact our box office:  info@catamountarts.org or 802-748-2600 x 100.
